The Takedown (Yellowcard)

So today i was proud of myself as G and his webassign was wrong for the 3rd day in a row. Umm tht quiz thing was also pretty gay. But time to talk about wat really happened. I basically took down the challenge at workouts today. Here it is...

Bench 10, 8, 5, 6, 8 (135, 155, 175, 155, 135)
Close Grip Floor Press 3x5 (125)
Dips 50
Medicine Ball Burpees+10 Throws 3x5 (8)
(Very hard: Do a push up get up throw a ball against a wall and do it 5 times then throws)
Lateral Raises 2x12 (15)
Lunge Walks then Sprint 6 sets
Knee Raises 100

Shortly after I went and played Baseball gotta start early to get better.

75 Short Throws
25 Long Throws
