Today was pretty much D. I saw "Bear on Trampoline" about 20 more times and "Penguin Shopping" about 3 more times. Those videos are pretty legit I aint gonna lie. Following a relatively slow day at school where a bs history paper was assigned I immediately went to work by sitting on my couch watching TV til 3:45. After that I went and played some baseball "One More Time".

My arm felt good, I hit the ball hard, and Im not nearly as rusty as before. I put the different distance throws in for my Ultimate audience. The longer throws are equivalent to hucks (not far enough to be a pull), where as the shorter throws are regular passes. I played for about an hour it went pretty slow because there is always the aggrivation of ball pickup (I have 50 baseballs in a bucket) Shortly after returning home I did work.
